Nowadays people in the big city are complaining about the soaring price of the housing. House price has gone up considerably, from 10 percent in 2003 to 25 percent in 2006, while it experienced the highest annual price change in 2007, with a sharp rise of 50 percent. Accordingly, the housing problem in big cities has become unprecedentedly serious.
As we know, the temptation and opportunities by big cities attract people who want to make a fortune, so more and more people flow into big cities, which is the major cause of the soaring house price. In the meantime, speculation in the housing market also complicates the housing problem. We can’t deny the soaring house prise has brought about great pressure to the under-privileged families.
To solve the problem, on the one hand, we have to control the rapid growth of the urban population；on the hand, we must try to build satellite cities in suburbs, which will not only relieve the burden on big cities, but also provide a much better environment for people to live.
现在在大城市的人在抱怨住房价格上涨，房价大幅上涨，从2003年的10%到2006年的25%，然而在2007年经历了最高的年度价格变化——以50%激增。因此，在大城市的住房问题变得空前严重。
我们知道，由于大城市的诱惑和机会，吸引着那些想发财的人们，所以越来越多的人涌入大城市，这是房价快速上涨的主要原因。与此同时，在房地产市场投机也使住房问题变得更加复杂。我们不可否认的住宅价格飞涨给底层的家庭带来了巨大的压力。
为了解决这个问题，一方面，我们必须控制城市人口的快速增长；另一方面，我们必须设法在郊区建设卫星城市，这不仅会减轻大城市的负担，而且会为人们提供更好的生活环境。
