泽熙美文Some people feel like they are always busy doing something all day long, but they still have a lot of things to do. It seems that the time is never enough. How can we spend our time effectively? Well, in my humble opinion, there are several tips that we can use.
First of all, we should make a list about the things we need to do today. The chef thing to remember is to do the things which are extremely critical first. Second, be concentrated. For the people, they may lack of self-control, they are easily got distracted by other things, thus it’s important for them to do the things according to the list. Don’t do other things unless you have finish your job. Last but not least, wake up earlier in the morning. You’ll find you have more time to do the things you want.
In a word, we should have a plan about the things we are going to do. Only in this way we can use time effectively.
有些人感觉他们整天都忙个不停，但是他们还是有好多事情要做。看起来时间永远不够用。我们怎样才能合理的利用时间呢？在我看来，有几点建议可供大家参考。
首先，我们应该为自己今天要做的事情列一张表。最重要的是要记住先做那些紧急的事情。其次，要专心。对于年轻人来说，他们也许缺乏自控能力，很容易被其他事情分神。因此，按照单子做事情非常重要。做不完列表上的事，就不做其他的闲事。最后，早上起得早一点。你会发现你能有更多的时间来做你想做的事。
一句话，我们应该对将要做的事情写个计划。只有这样，我们才能合理的利用时间。
